Mission Statement, Pledge

This handbook established clear expectations and commitments required of all members of Mading Elementary School's professional learning community. We believe that ALL children can learn, and we believe it is the collective responsibility of every member to do whatever it takes to ensure the academic success of every student.

Mading Mission

At Reagan W. Mading we will strive to prepare our students to be open-minded scholars who apply their knowledge and skills to an ever-changing world. By having a growth mindset, we will strive to provide effective instruction in which our students feel empowered. In a safe, supportive, and multicultural learning environment, our students will receive an equitable education that consists of support from teachers, parents, and the community.

Vision

To develop well-rounded, open-minded, confident, and responsible students who aspire to achieve their full potential.

Mading Creed:

I am greater than you know. Why, because I am Mighty Roadrunner! I was somebody when I got here, and I will be somebody when I leave! I am leader, not a follower. I came to learn and not to lean. If you are with me let me hear you say BEEP! BEEP! ! Mading Elementary is where we ALL SUCEED! I am here to be the best I can be. I am responsible for my own destiny. I have learned from the mistakes of yesterday and I will make today a better day. I will persevere. I am greater than you know. Why? Because I am Mighty Roadrunner! I was somebody when I got here, and I will be somebody when I leave.
