Dear Mading Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!

It is with great excitement, gratitude, and a deep sense of purpose that I welcome you to Mading Elementary. I am truly honored to serve as your principal and excited to begin this journey alongside our incredible students, families, and staff.

Whether you are a returning Mading family or joining us from Alcott Elementary, I want you to know that you are an important part of our school community. As we begin this new chapter together, we have an incredible opportunity to build relationships, create lasting traditions, and ensure that every student feels welcomed, valued, and supported from the very first day.

As we begin the school year, I want to share the commitment that will guide everything we do at Mading Elementary:

Every student will receive high-quality instruction every day in every classroom.

Every child deserves engaging, rigorous learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help them reach their fullest potential. We will create classrooms where students feel safe, respected, and supported while being challenged to grow, take academic risks, and achieve excellence.

I believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success. Your voice, involvement, and partnership are invaluable as we work together to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child. Together, we will foster a school community where every student is known, every family feels connected, and every child has the opportunity to thrive.
